Agents for The Grey Man Group LLC are required to have the minimum qualities below:

Experience & Background

To be a Grey Man Group Agent, an individual has to have a minimum of 5 years of military, law enforcement, or high-end private security experience. Each agent undergoes a rigorous background check and is required to agree to random drug tests. Our agents undergo a credit check to ensure there is no financial incentive for them to misuse client information.

Qualifications and Certifications

Each agent is

  • First Aid, CPR, AED Certified

  • Trauma Response Certified

  • Weapons Qualified and Proficient

  • Executive Protection Qualified

  • Licensed by the state

Training

All agents receive regular training to maintain expert proficiency in all aspects of protection. Agents are continually evaluated on their performance in the field. This allows us to identify areas that require more training. Our training is conducted by former special forces operators, former secret service agents, law enforcement instructors, SWAT instructors, martial arts instructors, and Special Forces Medics.

Weapons Proficiency

Our agents are dedicated to honing their skills. Agents spend regular time at the range. We take or responsibility to carrying a weapon seriously. While we hope our agents never have to use a weapon, we make sure they are proficient in the use of their weapons should they ever be needed. Firearms Safety & Awareness training is also a requirement within our individual departments and teams. We are not only aiming to be the most tactically-proficient Security force in Tennesse, but also the safest.

Ready for Anything

Are there any active threats to the client? Our agents will make sure that they have all the details covered. Our agents come prepared for whatever the day may bring. If the client wants to go hiking or has meetings scheduled; the agent will be ready. Our agents will have medical kits available at all times. They are prepared for whatever the client may need and know how to act proactively. Our agents are experts at identifying the indicators that something is about to happen and acting appropriately and decisively.

Its not enough for an agent to simply be able to fight. Being an agent is more that carrying a weapon and dressing well. It requires a professional mentality that allows them to act appropriately no matter the situation. Our agents can blend into the board room or a ballroom. Whether you’re at the pool or at an event our appearance and attitude are always professional. They know when to speak and when to be quiet.
